James Hondroulis is the Managing Director of Dynamic Shipping, LLC. 

He has has led the group's transformation from a shipping company to a diverse international business group integrated into the energy and trading sectors.

Mr. Hondroulis is the first westerner to negotiate with China Shipbuilding, and the IMF, to expand the country's  shipbuilding infrastructure facilities. Thus increasing China's ability to produce vessels.
